The key provided by GA creator for Smooth Operators wasn't valid (some bundle problem, apparently) but he promptly replaced it with a key for Skyborn. Thanks for the game!
According to the rules, all wins must be activated on the winner's account so if you receive a different game than the one that was stated in the giveaway, or if you can't activate the gift due to regional restriction and you mark it as "received" you risk a suspension.
So you have to mark it as "not received".
Ratzzaman could submit a ticket under "Change Giveaway Game". You should mark this giveaway as "received" only after the approval of his ticket.
I see... I thought no need to bother the support if Ratzzaman was willing to provide a substitute and I was happy enough with that, settling the issue between us like two reasonable adults (and making a note here in the comments)... but sure, if that's a problem, I'll follow these rules next time, thanks for letting me know.
my misunderstanding then... it never occurred to me that you can actually change the status once you mark one of the options, for some reason I thought once I mark "received" I can't come back a month later and change it to "not received" (why should this be allowed?)... therefore I thought you were giving me a general advise here, applicable to future similar cases, pardoning me this time, and I didn't take any action... well, a lesson learned the hard way...
