I am sorry for intrude, but are you sure this is Out of Reach and not Out of Reach: Treasure Royale? I only say this because the second one was in the latest Humble Bundle, but not the first one, I think.

Giveaway was made for the wrong game. Winner received Out of Reach: Treasure Royale, not the game for which the giveaway was made for (Out of Reach).
I adjusted the feedback, so they are not reported as having inactivated win. Some games on Steam have similar (or identical) titles, you should double-check which game you have before a giveaway is made. Try to search for "Void" game, and you will see 4 different games with the same title. Best is to click on the store link (under game title on the creation page), and confirm game thumbnail / release / publisher there.

OK, sorry for that. I'm pretty suprised because it is giveaway from a year ago (and back then I only used SteamGifts to dump unwanted codes). But now I'm more active user so it won't happen agan (I will at least try)

That's fine. It is sometimes hard to judge.
Shops you get games from usually also link to Steam store page, so it's possible to click on the link, and then compare it with links I mentioned above. Rarely there will be no game that is exact match, in this case make ticket in "Add game to list" category. We will check if game you try to give is in the database, and if it is possible to unlock it for the giveaway creation.
