He tried to contact me, but i was unnable to log in. So he sent anoter email, about doing a re-roll, then i marked it as Not Received. I might have done wrong, do i leave it blank in that case?

Nope. But he sent an email saying he would do a re-roll, it's no problem to me as i was unable to log in in that week, i think he waited 5 or more days. i just marked as "Not received" cause i think it's what i should do. There is no problem actualy, just wanna know what do i do ^^
