I believe this DLC will allow anyone to enter -- whether they own the base game or not.

Translation: you will have LOTS AND LOTS of re-rolls.

You're referring to people who already own the DLC who can still enter the giveaway. That's not what I'm talking about.

With most DLC, you can't enter if you don't own the base game.

With this one (and a couple of others) there is no such restriction.

Literally anyone can enter, whether they own the base game or not.

That means a ton of re-rolls. I had a giveaway for the McLaren MP4 DLC for F1 2017, and had 72 re-rolls before I finally asked for the GA to be deleted.
