I wasn't asking for one. I saw you won one once and didn't have it activated in your steam account. Hence the reason you were reported as a regifter. I do NOT beg nor do I ask for keys from others. But I have been on the receiving end of suspensions before and was just trying to be civil so you don't get them handed to you on multiple occasions. Read the ToS here and you will see that there is the rule. Also, not activating WILL exclude you from a LOT of SGTools restricted GA's.
If you notice a user not following our guidelines, do your best to politely explain our rules with relevant links or quotes to our guidelines when appropriate. If they do not take action or deny any wrongdoing, please submit a user report ticket so we can take action if necessary.
In the future it would be best to just cite the rule that speaks about regifts. As no-calling out rule gives exception when you link to relevant quote of the guidelines.
If user do not respond to rule breaking after guidelines or FAQ is shown - write ticket.
As stated before, regifting is against the rules here. You MUST activate ALL wins here.

There was no ticket to re-roll this giveaway, so it could not be re-rolled.
I think what happened is that giveaway was deleted as "regift". But when it was realized it was marked as not received it was restored.
We delete regifted giveaways that have received status, but not those with not received. In both cases creator does not get CV for regift.
