Yes. This game is from Humble Choice. I had numerous times situations where some people could not get game cause of country restrictions. I have no idea what restriction has each game. There is no restriction in description. So I figuared of by myself for few years of giving up games that only Ukrainian users have no restrictions. 3 years ago I had no problems with other world to give up game from Humble Choice. I don't know what happend. I play by their rules. And rules of the Steamgifts - my key has to be valid.
