The Base-Game and this DLC was given away for free today. Managed it to grab this DLC but not the game itself.
According to the changed rules it's now allowed to give away stuff that was given away for free.
You can do that by making giveaways for the group according to the group rules.
This is according to Group Rule 3a.) If someone wins from the group at SG and their gift difference is below -$50, they lose the right to enter more SG group GA's until their gift difference are more positive than -$50.

Ich denke du verstehst das wir das Event GA, Fallout 4, nicht an Member gehen lassen können die über den max. erlaubten -$50 sind.
Sobald du die Giveaways erstellen kannst um die negativ Statistik auszugleichen und wieder eingeladen werden möchtest schreib mir einfach.
