Regarding the recent won giveaway that wasn't sent (https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/WfNjW/syberia-ii), did you check the won page again? I also won a giveaway from the same creator and didn't receive the key. I replied on the giveaway (https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/zbVf7/tomb-raider-underworld) and he returned to the site yesterday and sent the key. He's an honest giver, he just forgot about this website.

If he didn't sent the key yet, you could try to reply to the giveaway as well. And hope he doesn't forget about the site again :-).

By the way: after he sends the key, you can still adjust the "not received" to "received".
