Last time I used the region restriction feature I regretted it.
You see how many regions are specified in the description?
I had to click the button to enable every zone and then hunt through the list of every possible region to singling out the ones in disallowed list and uncheck them to prevent their participation. Previously it also posted the region list above the description anyway.
Rather than go through that exhausting little exercise, I instead copy-pasted the list from the Humble pop-up into a text document and thendeleted the gaps out, which was also tedious but much faster than the list-hunt.
The region restriction thing works best when there are only a handful to be dealt with. There are a few preset region restriction groups you can select from, but that is more for when you're preempting regional stuff yourself. Whereas if the place you purchased the keys gives you a specific list, the batches you can pick here are unlikely to fit the very specific requirements (as glancing at a spaghetti mess of codes doesn't easily condense into 'Oh, this must obviously mean non-europe!' or 'Oh, regions in the east!' unless you have that fringe knowledge). Whereas it takes any potential entree only a second to locate their own region.
