Hm, Chrono Trigger is good old jrpg

Currently playing Radiant Historia which is pretty good.

Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Lufia 2.

If you don't mind Game Boy graphics, add Final Fantasy Legend 3.

If you don't mind action RPGs, add Secret of Mana and Terranigma.

Chrono Trigger seems to be the most famous one that I've played. Can't think of which was my favorite. Chrono Trigger was so hyped that I ended up thinking it was overrated, sadly.

There's a lot of good older SNES and Gameboy stuff. Can't really think of much that hasn't already been said, but all of those are quite good! ;D
