The second rest day, it's time to look at the riders' positions in the general qualification and for many team leaders to come up with a good fantasy story why their guy is doing so poorly. We'll also know today who predicted the correct Red Lantern rider on the first rest day.
Obviously no rider is going to win today so we are doing something else. Predict which rider will have the Lanterne Rouge (Red Lantern) at the end of the Tour, after the last stage (Sunday, July 29th).
Please note that only predictions sent in before the official start of tomorrow's stage (Tuesday, July 24th) will be counted. Any edited replies will be disqualified. If you want to change your prediction then delete your old reply and create a new one.
Red Lantern 'Winner': Lawson Craddock
It's impossible not to mention the Cité de Carcassonne here; an amazing medieval citadel that is really worth a visit. [I could reuse this one from 2016 as well. :p]
In 2016 I lamented that there was no version of the Carcassonne boardgame on Steam. Now there is!.

Luke Rowe too.
Now that Moscon is gone the rest will have to do a bit more, although Poels was spared for the last week to do a lot of work, but I'm expecting more action than usual :)

I hope you are right that Poels was spared; to me it just looked like Wout wasn't in great shape.
