Well, if you think that's the best course of action, then go ahead. The error message I got didn't really make sense to me - since the purchase was already made, so if there was a problem it should be with the key itself. Perhaps there was a typo in the key (it's not the first time it happened). Anyway, I think you will have to request a reroll (and specify a reason) if you want a new winner. Good luck!
