just a short reminder to really check your winners and report them, if they have red marks, i see a lot of your recent winners having red marks and marking games as received just after some hours and i know support takes longer to check.
On the other hand support will be much faster, if a gifter sends a "Request new winner" than me filing a "User Report" and in your case they even lose their win, if they got suspended.
If you don't want to check your winners, i would highly advise to set your level restriction higher than 1, the lower the level the more bad accounts around, your winner here is level 3 and has a private profile, which is a strong indicator for hiding shady business
