You don't seem to distinguish between the two situations.
Quoting someone's profile with a factual question is different from accusing with an edited profile, and the latter is a false accusation (which didn't happen here).

but the question can be made without naming other users.
we are not judges, or inspectors, to be judging others behaibor.
he can add those guys un steam, and ask them what happens, or why or how that happends,... and get a answer of those 3 specific persons.
at some point, with the "euripeans/etc changing their location by fake methods, to get chrapper games on steam drama" it sound as: look, i found this 3 specific cheatters.
so, not me, or anyone can know if there Will be a which hunt for "one guy says... just beleive him"
i know you take a Time to ser those perfils and found something, ok, thats good, but make a support ticket and not a thead. many thing can be the reason for this, I just aport my idea of what could be.
i see many, many times people saying to others dont call out other user, no matter what... it just not allow,... even if you find a sg/steam profile as public. there are many people that dosnt want to be in a drama/genéric question without knowing in what their are involve.

The only thing I found was a login from a different region, 4 months ago - but that's nothing significant and you can't make false guesses based on that (which I passed on to the topic creator). If these were multiple changes within a week - yes, that would be highly suspicious.
And no, I have no objection to someone pointing to my profile and asking me about something in a public forum. There's a difference between asking and denigrating someone - and in this particular case, that didn't happen.
Pointing out that point 7 prohibits pointing out links to profiles is an overinterpretation of the rule. It is clearly indicated there that personal data and secrecy of correspondence are protected.
What about adding someone to the blacklist? It is a free will of each of us. I never ask other people why they added me to their BL. He had such a wish, so he added me - what is the big deal? The world will not collapse because of this and nothing really changes.

well, thing is, that you dont have any problem with that, as an example, I dont like even the idea.
There is no way to pre.know who is gonna take that with no objetion/problem and who dont.
So, no one is demanding anything, but at this point, without a "perfect answer" of what happends to them, or what they do, If someone point me out in a forum and ask something about my behaibor, first of all, why he didnt ask me personally, second, why I have to give a reason/answer/tell about my live to someone freely naming me for whatsever he think about whatever ... its simple for me, my right ends where others rights begin.
maybe they travel a lot, for work, family, whaever, maybe they cheat the Steam System, maybe... I dont care, if I detect something "rare" im not going to expose that guy, maybe I talk to him, maybe i contact a suppor here or in steam, maybe I dont do anything..
however, you talk about facts, "what we beleibe", are not facts. he change a region, he have a flag of japan in his profile, and there may be a logical reason for that, who knows....
I know my english is basic, and just try to explain what I beleive its right.
An steam ccount, maeby its not legally my person with my personal data, but its still mine (reputation, what I have, what I dont, my inventory... etc), and I dont want others to freely name me, dont care the reason, and I think that like me, there may be many others.
about BL, its another different thing, I cant put in similar situaton as this
