For anyone wondering why the game is not visible through Steam and has 0 points, Valve said that the developer was using multiple accounts to inflate his review score and exploit the Steam marketplace. More can be found here:

What does this mean?

• The game will still download and should be playable. Valve has not accused the developer of malware, just review/community exploits.
• Don't expect updates or an active community for multiplayer games. In fact, since the store page is inaccessible, even information like whether the game will run on your platform is more difficult to come by.
• Community items for the game won't be marketable. As a result, you may have a harder time getting trading cards and can't sell wallpapers (though I think they can still be traded).
• Entering won't cost you points. This won't net OP's CV, either, though it will count toward Ozoi's sent/won ratio. There's some demand for any games removed from Steam (some completists want as large a library as they can get), so thanks to Ozoi for sharing this game here through a giveaway.
