I did! I send out my gifts within 24 hours of the raffle ending.
These are Steam Inventory Gifts, so they are sent directly through Steam. There is no key.

Your gift was sent through Steam to the e-mail listed in your profile.

I combed through the my emails from the 22nd to the 25th, one by one. There should have been a message from steam about sending me a gift, but there was none. It is also not in my steam inventory.

The email address on my account is correct and up to date. I regularly receive emails from steam.

Tried adding you as a friend on steam, waiting for a response.
