En la práctica, son juegos diferentes, cada uno con una página en la tienda, aunque no hay tanta diferencia entre ambos (este aquí es sólo el juego base, y la Special Edition cuenta también con las dlcs) y por eso, técnicamente, alguien con éste perfil participar no sería una violación de las reglas de este sitio que el SG trata a juegos como productos distintos (y sin duda buscar este juego en el perfil del ganador después de que el juego se recibe, incluso si ya tiene otra versión).
Entonces, si alguien ya tiene la Edición Especial o la Legendaria y aún así puede entrar en ese sorteo, espero que ella no haga eso y dé la oportunidad de otra persona a jugar este clásico por primera vez. Pero eso huye de mi voluntad.
The problem here is that if the guy who wins the game already has the SE or LE on his account, he won't be able to active it (Since both editions contains the base game in them as you already said)
If the winner of the giveaway already has one of the 2 editions, you have the right to reroll as I'm aware.
Just look at the winner's account after it ends :)
