Yea I was wondering too.
If you are interested... There is a steam sentinels group finding these "scam games". You can join the group and report these games so officials can check whether this is a real product or just a hope for quick money stolen from innocent victims.

This is unfortunately becoming a bit common, churn out crap and then put a high price on it, even if you get a few sales, it's most likely profit. It's just hoping whales or some sucker buys it
