The two things I dislike on Steamgifts are automated Thank You notes and snarky comments. Level restriction is really good at preventing the first, but blacklists are the only way of preventing the second one.
While I cannot in good conscience blacklist a Level 10 user with a 23.22 real CV (i.e. a really solid member of the community), I'd like to at least ask you to keep the snarkiness out of my giveaways. I hope you appreciate my request and understand where I'm coming from
