No, it is not the region, it is the key. It's not valid. Try to activate it yourself and you will see the same error: The product code you've entered is not valid or is not a product code
Basically you gave me a gibberish and not a valid code. It is against the rules of SteamGifts. :(
Give me a valid code, change it in the prize or PM it to me on Steam.
