What it *really is, if you think about it, is discrimination against video-game bad guys! It makes their already difficult jobs almost impossible, they've got no weak-spots to target! :)

I haven't read PA in ages either, but they had some gems that stuck with me.
And can we be so hard on bad guys? Maybe they're just taking what jobs they can in a tough economy. They've got to support their families somehow, right?

I like those as much as the next guy, but in a game where an aspect of the apocalypse fights demons and personifications of Sin, I just kinda don't see why it would be present.

By that I mean that, in my opinion, the gameplay isn't similar to previous Darksiders at all. They tried super hard to make it like Dark Souls, and it wasn't a good decision At least that was my impression from the little bit I tried out ;)

Fair enough! I didn't try it at all or pay too close attention to it, to be honest. I do know the original Darksiders is "Legend of Zelda-esque" in a way, but it's not surprising that Darksiders III would try to implement recent trends.
