There's no confusion here. This game isn't the Fractal you own. The two have different AppIDs.
The giveaway app ID might be different, but the code it is for is not. I get this:
"This Steam account already owns the product(s) contained in this offer. To access them, visit your library in the Steam client."

If you don't mind, would you consent to the giveaway getting deleted if required?
Yeah, that's fine. Mistakes happen, the original creator probably just picked the wrong Fractal by mistake.
