A duplicate key from a random game draw at kinguin who, against their own statement of providing refunds, have denied me a refund of this key, instead "allowing" me to resell it on their site, with numerous deductions applied so they can make twice the money on scamming me.
Hope at least someone else will get something of use out of this, all I got was a lesson. There's plenty of serious and trustworthy keystores, just avoid this one.
tl;dr: avoid kinguin.
