The best I can say to them is "Please get rid of the confusing titles in your mystery packs.", don't know how that can help.

I guess it wouldn't get us the second episode. Unless it stated somewhere that you really should have gotten the second one as well. Unfortunately I can't mark the giveaway as received like that. We need to contact support here, explain the situation and maybe they can change the giveaway to one just for Episode 1.
