If you win anything on here don't make it private as you will get suspended. If you did mark those naughty games you won as private, get at move on and undo it before the hammer comes down on you. If you don't want people to see you have Horny Milfs 7 in your library you should rethink about what games you are entering giveaways for.

This is just a general observation based on looking at past interactions with other users regarding SG.
Typically, after SGTools detects a violation, the winner's comments are scrutinized and reported to SG Support by a third party unknown to you.

Regarding actions you could have taken eight years ago:
What if you end up with two games with the same title at the same time?
If you won a game, it's advisable to mark the prize for the winner who won later as “Not Received” within 30 days and request a reroll from the prize provider.
You must always note this in the GA comment section.
Additionally, if the GA provider didn't respond to the winner within two weeks, you could request a fix via a support ticket.
Currently, the system seems designed to prevent such occurrences (unless you intentionally switch Steam profiles).
Furthermore, if no action is taken within 30 days, you will be penalized for intentionally obtaining two prizes.
The reason you see these entries is because, back eight years ago, you were unable to resolve the issue with support within the 30-day window. In this case, the winner would be subject to the penalty.
(The penalty was probably enforced over five years ago, so the freeze period should have ended by now. If you're unsure, only support can confirm that.)
Considering your current disadvantage, you may lose access to URLs protected by certain SGTools.
If you followed the standard procedures for those prizes from eight years ago and there's a record in the comment section, contacting support with the comment URL and post content included might lead to a correction. Otherwise, I think it'll stay as is.
