Honestly, I prefer rainy days to sunny ones, most of the time, and being wet doesn't bother me, so it doesn't necessarily keep me inside, either. Maybe my last name should've been Addams.

Warm rains, cold rains, nasty rains that sting with each drop that hits you; I like them all. I think my favorite are the rains of April, just because of how the light looks.

what i do don't change very much depending on the weather but when i take my daily half hour walk i do prefer light rain over the sun.

i actually hate having my hands occupied when walking so i never use an umbrella i rather get super wet than use one.
if it gets crazy amounts of rain it doesn't really matter just keep walking its just water.

Hah, we have similar ideas on the topic it would seem. Though I strongly prefer really heavy downpour, a "wall of rain" so to speak. Torrential storms are my thing, cycling through them is fun. Double the fun if you don't freeze your fingers off but instead it stays around the comfortable 20`C~
And as for not feeling like leaving, then it's off for some leisure in the sheets, with a book or GBA, half gazing at the elements outside through a balcony door or similar aperture. Perhaps a-little-bit-of-a-lot chilled or mulled wine and a nap sometime inbetween...mmm. Or, you know, it's off for the nearest overgrown hillocks for some 'Nam/40k airsoft-cum-LARPing. Whaddya think?

About your question, it depends from the season and corresponding conditions. I brief, i like summer rains a lot (close to your gif ;)), but when it happened during cold windy autumn... well, i'll better be watch it being inside my house. :).

I know how important rain is to sustain life, but I hate rainy days. I'm a sunny person, even when I'm indoors I want the sun out there. I mentally wait for it to stop raining while I continue to live.
