As far as I understand they no necessarily broke any SG rules. I asked a mod, if it is "misuse of giveaway feedback" but I assume as long as they did not switch it back and forth, it is not.

That has to be some rule-breaking there on falsely putting fake feedback, especially with intent to cheat though :/
Either way, I remade my GA, but since they are blacklisted, they can't enter.

I saw that he previously had trouble with an old gifter sending him a trial key for a game for U7.
Did that ever get sorted out for him to enter the group?
