Now that you mention that, these people who complain are usually level 0.
SteamGifts use Steam database to define points according to their price, and if you check the game's page you'll see they removed the price for some reason. If it is fixed, it will also be here as well. But if they're going F2P as the discussion thread implies... well, good bye lovely my points. :')
