Ok , I did the re-sync .
I didn't won any play required giveaways , and I also didn't joined play required giveaways , during summer I have less time to play , also I play games from PC Game Pass , recently I downloaded these games to play :
I was waiting for Steam Sale event to make more giveaways .
If you think I broken the rules and I deserved to be kicked is ok for me , I can't verify now because I can't access group giveaways anymore .

Pity that you didn't tell me to exit group excusive giveaways , I thought I will exit the after re-sync , but now there are about 5 group exclusive giveaways that I can't leave .

If you want to leave, you can still leave through the "entered" page here: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/entered, but you don't need to, I believe you're able to win any giveaway that you joined while you were still in the group. It's alright to stay entered.
Here are just two examples of giveaways you have entered (didn't check them all) that I think are more deliberate with wanting you to play. I didn't include things with "it'd be nice" or "play whenever you have the time", even though I think joining those are still in ill faith.

Thanks for letting me know , I will stay joined , maybe I will win Stray , and Sniper Elite giveaways have less then 5 entries , most likely to be deleted .
Clair Obscur I am planning to play , but you are right , was my mistake on Torment: Tides of Numenera , I guess because the giveaway was shared with other groups and I didn't pay enough attention .
I am ok with the decision , no problem .
One more question , the details of the giveaway , Full CV , Reviews , are options of Enhanced SteamGifts & SteamTrades plugin ?
