I watched Poyo Poyo... the series was really short, each ep is around 2 or 3 minutes only... which sucks.. :( but its on cruncy roll and it is really good. Thw only other anime i have ever watched was La corda de oro...still really good,but a bit cheesy.

not so much into anime, but i enjoy gibli studio movies

I've just started watching Trigun.

I liked Yu-yu Hakusho, DragonBallZ (early parts, at least), Lupin III, and most of the giant mecha series. Full Metal Alchemist is good, as well.

As for recent anime, Kill la Kill was pretty fun to watch, so was Gargentia. And Gundam Build Fighter was surprisingly good - seriously, I thought it'd be a kid's show, but it has some of the most amazing battles.

I don't have any favorite anime and only watch one from time to time. I recently watched Kill la Kill and it was better than I expected.
I liked Clannad, Code Geass.
I don't know if you're into mangas but Sun-Ken Rock is definitely my favorite

Anime, hmmm? I mostly stick to Manga, but I get the occasional anime too... I guess I'd say Hunter X Hunter, but I like the manga version a lot better. If I were to say an anime I hadn't read the manga of, I'd go with Kaiji. And if you were to remove the word "last", I'd say Ghost In The Shell / Death Note / Trigun
