i got this from a give away, but.. the person i wanted to gift the game already has it :/ soo, i'm throwing it back for someone else since i can't give it as a b-day present.. i'm sorry for um,, rejecting a gift for who gave it to me,, i know that's really mean. but atleast i'm making someone happy with it :D

Just a heads up, site rules state that you should not regift. http://www.steamgifts.com/about/guidelines
"Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold."
Also from the FAQ: "You should only enter to win giveaways for yourself, and if you win a game, it must be activated and redeemed to the Steam account used during registration. If a friend is interesting in joining giveaways, they'll need to register for their own account.

I recommend you delete this giveaway, otherwise you could get in trouble.

oh, but i wanted to give it as a present, but the guy bought the game the same day >~<.. and if i give it as a present, it's still a gift right? since i did read that indeed, but i forgot it already. :/ and if i can't give it as a present.. i can make somebody else happy with it? dunno, i was just trying to be nice, not trying to break any rules.. anyways, thanks for noting that :3
