Description

I had a horrifically shitty day at work today, ending with an evil woman-child having a tantrum at me for a half an hour. I figure when some jackass in this world goes out of their way to make life miserable for somebody, somebody else should step in to even the karmic scales a bit. So, one of you lucky people gets a game! :)

Oh, and feel free to post your own work/customer service horror stories instead of a 'thanks'. It'll make me feel a bit better, connecting with my fellow service workers. :)

Good luck!

Oh...you poor, poor man...

Of course, I can see why you can thrive as a mod now - I imagine nothing else can come close to that horror. :)

damn, did a few months of that... if I have anything to do with it, it will never happen again -.-

I commend anyone that has the nerves and skills for a 'customer support' job.

...oh and Darkicide00, thanks for the game giveaway ^^

Thanks for the giveaway!

I don't really have any job experience with customers, so I can't share any horrific tales of being yelled at for no good reason, sorry.

Thanks for the sub. I've worked as a secretary/receptionist in the past a number of times and the sheer number of people who give you crap is unbelievable, from impatient clients who want everything done instantly and do not realise that the process is not so simple to just plain and simple annoying angry individuals. Good times, heh.

After years of working as a customer service in various companies there are way to many "horror" stories to tell. But there are some funny ones as well. When I used to work in a big telecommunication company a customer came in and said that he won't leave until I give him the phone number to the pope, because he has some urgent stuff to discuss with him ;)
Thanks for the giveaway.
