I live in New Zealand, it appears this edition is region restricted.
Perhaps contact support and re-roll for someone else?

I'm sorry that my answer took so long. My life is kinda busy atm.
And I am deeply sorry that the key seems to have a country restriction. I didn't know about that.
I will contact the support and try to figure what to do about it. I'd like to add you on steam. Maybe we can find a way to compensate you for the whole mess
