Best way to list a restricted key?

Also as a sidenote it would be a useful amendment to the gift adding page if one could copy and paste the restricted list from steamdb, and have the site process them as exclusions (the rest are included) e.g.

"IN ID VN TH PH MY CN TW HK SG BD BT NP PK LK BS PA BZ CR SV GT HN NI VE CO GY SR GF BR PE BO PY UY AR CL EC AE QA KW SA ZA TR CN RU KZ UA AM AZ BY GE KG MD TJ TM UZ"

With such a large list of excluded countries, it is the easy way to select a preset, that works for you, e.g. "EU".
You can also select all countries and de-select the ones restricted, but that seems quite a lot of work and is prone to missing to de-select one.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way around it. As Oppenh4imer has suggested, select what you want or deselect what countries are restricted.

As for the key, it's available in a LOT more countries than just the EU, so selecting just the EU probably isn't going to make it easier for you, unless you want it to be even more restricted than the key implies.
