Region restrictions in giveaways?

Yeah, a Europe region lock would be nice too…

or ROW restriction

Isn't that how things are already? It lets you select the region, so then it's 'restricted' to that region, so 'ROW' is restricted.

What would be nice would be a method to select all the available regions & also possibly include the single country exclusions that occur every now and then (Germany being the most common, probably). Then I could select every region except Europe for these Deep Silver NA keys.

I noticed Mexico is included in the SA region lock, but seems like vast majority of those games restrict Mexico.

I want make ROW giveaways accessible only for ROW countries without hiding links in forum. My public giveaways mostly won people from restricted regions, so i would like to give better chance to ROW guys, but i am too lazy for creating long whitelist or forum giveaways.
