Restricted gift, what should i do ?

Contact the giveaway creator and ask them for a copy that you can activate. If they fail to do it, mark as not received 7 days after the giveaway has ended.

is the game a restriced copy, or is it a game you generally can´t activate in your country/not see in the steamstore?
