Question about Ace Combat Assault Horizon

Is it region locked or is it ROW? I tried to see if the code on the purchase button changes when I change to russian store and it doesn't.. but on the russian store it says that it only activates in some countries.

My question is: will it be in russian language if it's activated with a VPN? :D

your right, don't buy it. It has AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting tag.
