Steam Summer Sale Question regarding new published games

Hi, this is not another when will it happen thread :)
Iam really looking forward to Civ5-Brave new World and EU IV.
Does anyone know if Steam also gives discount on new published games on Summer Sale or did they ever things like this in past sales?

even if they dothey're very small discounts - i wouldnt hope for buying a brand new game 50 or even 33% off. 10-15% off - sure, but not big sales. Best for you to check for premiere/preorder deals outside of steam, as they will often give you much better deal.

Not really i mean Civ5-Brave new World is not out yet so you have to wait at minimum a half year before you find the first right discount. When you buy now you have a 10% preorder off on all sites i know. And it happen at 11 July ;p
