The bad thing is, they know that you only know if a ga is fake when it ends, so they have four weeks to promote.

There was another thread about this, with discussion about whether this constitutes calling out.

I think every giveaway like this should punished or deleted if creator cannot provide proof of his gift.

In theory people could go and dislike their videos once the GA has ended and been proven to be fake.

However, people won't bother remembering, so they'll likely just go and dislike the content immediately if the giveaway is suspicious, meaning that any legit givers will suffer if they want to promote their channel.

i think GTA V giveaway by Lyow is really fake! The game is on Lyow wishlist on steam. lol.

We typically allow all giveaways to run their course without judgement, and allow the giveaway creator a fair chance to prove themselves and to come through with the gift in the end. An exception is when the giveaway creator enters a description that clearly states the giveaway is fake, or if the description illustrates a lack of understanding of how the giveaway system works. Please refrain from posting any comments accusing the giveaway creator of posting a fake giveaway, and only create a support ticket if the giveaway is fake beyond a reasonable doubt.

Due to the rules of this community, support will let those giveaways run until the end. Your suspicions mean nothing.
If the winner don't mark the gifts as received after the giveaways has endded, then you can be helpful and THEN write a ticket that points out, that these giveaways were fake and THEN support can actually do something.
When these videos all lead to the same channel, then support can actually ban adverstisement of that channel - it's not that difficult.

Make a ticket and report them. I think it will be enough if they check how many canceled AAA GAs the users have made.

but how do they punish them? creating new account and done. i gues new accounts shouldnt be able to create a 20$+ giveaway. or 15$+(also the time should be edited).
but only a few guys doing this.. that rat kinds. they dont have boo*ies to show for views.
