How these people can so many keys of DotA? I need one for a friend, but my steam has already have DotA, so I can not participate...

I have Dota 2 since September last year and I recieved around 10 free invites. I gave most of them to my friends, but I also shared some to random people.

There was a giveaway not so long ago from a website. Cannot recall which. However your friend can create himself an account here and take part himself.
