borderlands 2 psycho dlc (ru) work on WW?

heyy i am thinking of buying the dlc from russia (150rub) but idk if it will work with the WW version because of normal game bhought on steam is locked and key is another version and idk :/ (sorry for my bad engl. i hope you still understand my question) :)

€dit: i got the normal EU(WW) version and want to buy the russian dlc :) would be nice if i get some answers from guys who have testet it with other borderlands 2 dlcs :)

If they're different versions then it's more likely than not that they're not compatible.

If i remember correctly the other BL2 dlc are region free.

am not sure i have the russian version but i was told when i was buying the season pass i had to also get the russian version ... But who knows ... its risky bro

I bought a Borderlands 2 RU key when it was region free and I have both RU and WW version on library. I really want to know if this dlc is region free or not.

Most of the time you have to activate through a proxy and then you run the risk of it randomly disappearing some day, which they can do because you're violating the TOS, paid or not.

More often than not, it's worth just waiting for a sale in your region.

Since Psycho Pack RU has different ID than Psycho Pack in US and AFAIK when it comes to Borderlands 2, previous RU DLCs had note that they will only work with RU Borderlands 2 copy.
I wouldn't get your hope up.

i am also interested to know if the russian version is going to work. its ridiculous how they make those regional restrictions and the vagueness about them is even more so. some games have a banner about them being regionally restricted, but krieg for example doesn't.

Actually they said that the Season Pass will cover ONLY the Campaign DLC's. And they actually added one bonus DLC ( The Level Raise Cap and 3rd Playthrough ), the rest of them are actually only aesthetic and doesn't affect the main game. I agree with the fact that they are greedy but they still do have a point.

It will not work

It would work the other way around, activating WW Psycho on RU Borderlands 2, because RU Borderlands 2 actually activated Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 2 RU on your steam account.
