Can somebody who blacklisted you still receive a key?

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem:
Somebody won a key from one of my giveaways and 5mins after it ended and before I had sent the key asked "where is the key?", I replied that I had to send it first but got no response.

Than I saw that somebody had just blacklisted me ( my 2nd blacklist :'(...on my birthday! :O ) and I'm guessing it was him/her.

I know you can't see giveaways from ppl you've blacklisted but can he/she still claim the key or do I have to reroll eventually?

Blacklisting only affects if the person can enter your giveaways. If they entered your giveaway and blacklisted you (or vice versa) they can still win like normal and expect the game to be delivered, it's not a reason for reroll.

If winner doesn't activate it after 7 days you could still ask support for reroll under can't contact winner and explain in ticket what happened.

You can see now if someone looked and revealed your key here now btw
