I created a giveaway and some user won the game. This user refused to give feedback even after he confirmed that he received the game. I'm asking him to give positive feedback but he's ignoring me. Can I write support and send them the screenshot of the user confirming it?

Anyway, the main question is... why this user profile shows:

Gifts Won 0 ($0.00)
Gifts Sent 0 ($0.00)

?????

He won at least mine!

The user has 7 days to give feedback though it would be nice of him/her to give feedback as soon as (s)he took the game and the profile won't show the win until the feedback was given so that's why it still shows 0.

The winner has 7 days to give his feedback. If that time period is up and you have proof you can ask support to change the feedback to received. (request Received Feedback). And to the second question it will only show as won once it is marked as received.

It's been more than 4 months!
Also, I suggest you follow Masafor's suggestion on that giveaway still.

Had that too once, until i also made a post. Unfortunately the chances increase with this sort of stuff if you set it to no level.

Magically, the user just gave feedback right now, lol. Problem solved and also I can see that now "Gifts Won" is 1 not 0.

All solved, thanks!!

I am pretty sure that the "gifts won" stat only goes up when a game is verified as recieved. To stop it saying "I didn't get this game!" and marking that as one.
