Was there a recent change is contributor levels?

I was level 2 and like 3/4th-ish last I checked but I see I'm level 3 now. I vaguely remember not being level 3 around christmas as I was in quite a few trains at the time. But now I'm 3. Anybody know?

The Book of Unwritten Tales' point value is bugged at the moment. It's worth 90p instead of 20p or something like that.
