You can request a refund for your humble monthly if you didn't show your game keys

If they give refund it means that they care about customers but to be honest it is a big mistake. I mean i would not even try to writte for a refund as rules was know from the start. Refund makes monthly bundle stupid - i mean i should buy every bundle and just ask for refund (i would like December one f.e.). If they accept refund they should just make this normal bundle and sell like other. Now it promotes 'cleaver; buyers and i think rules should be equal for everyone.

What's all the fuss about? It's European law that if you serve European customers they can send back everything they bought online within 2 weeks without a reason. I think they expected a war if they only allowed Europeans to do so.

Well, I sent a message to HB about this, and they say that HB montly sales are final.
It's understandable as any easy refund policy is prone to abuse.

humble bundles tactic is really bad. They show 1 game which everyone wants. The rest are just fillers and indie titles with a low/neutral reputation. They should give at least some hints or show the full bundle and everyone can decide if its worth it. They use this system to lure you and than you are dissapointed. We should boycott it and dont buy. This way you can see fast changes.
