This is a hard choose

voted for black ops 2, mw2 got a better campaign great game . but black ops 2 is newer so (not alot different) but i prefer the create a class system in black ops 2 and black ops 2 got zombies but mw2 got special ops so

MW2 has imo the best multiplayer at the moment, because most cheaters play MW3/BO2. Also it is the cheapest of the games.

I voted Black Ops 2 because it's the only one I really played since it's the only one I have had access to without purchasing it (roommate's 360)

I really don't get how you don't have CoD 4 as an option...the best campaign and multiplayer of any of them. Besides that game I am rather unimpressed with the series as a whole, voted for MW2 though...
