Keys need to be generated beforehand (takes like day to Valve for approve), they likely underestimated how many keys are needed.

EU site said "WAIT LIST", switched to Spanish and the button changed to "Add to cart". But on checkout:

Not sure what Unreasonably High is for you ... but it goes for ~7.50$ which is pretty okay price for such a great game tbh :)

Also just cause episode 1 got free, i highly doubt that will affect the price for the complete season .

That's normal. Only shows in library if you activate with a key or have the game installed.

Yes and no.
The game is registered in your account the moment you click "Play Game", but it only shows in your library when you actually install it.
Also, if you get it this way, you won't be able to get card drops.

Judging by what madjoki and others have posted you need tho activate the ep1 with the key to stay and to have +1 in your library.

Good news, but if it's been free since yesterday (I didn't connect for a while because I was ill), it means that people who are trying to trade it on Barter know that. Mmmhh...

From some comments, it seems that I did better at getting it directly through the Steam Store, since the volume of requests is causing a shortage of keys.
