HELP? Garry's Mod Problem!

Hello everyone.. im posting here because i can't find a solution at the Facepunch Forum, and nobody seems to know what is the solution to my problem..

Well, the thing is, when i try to load a map in multiplayer (ANY map, from any game), when the game finish loading, a wild black screen appears, and the game freezes there.. no crashing error, no dump files, ANYTHING..
The only way to close the game process is via Task Manager..

Well, this only happens in singleplayer, i can play in multiplayer.. but most of the servers the browser shows (not to say ALL OF THEM) have a terrible ping of 200+.. Probably because where i live.. And the only way to play in Multiplayer decently is via Hamachi...

Well, anyway.. i just unsuscribed/uninstalled the addons from the workshop, and deleted the addons/download folders and uninstalled/deleted the WHOLE game and it's folders and reinstalled it, and the problem was still there..

Lol. My computer can only handle laggy multiplayer games?
