For the game one, I think it should be winner's choice for any game up to a certain price (probably $60)... I put Borderlands 2 (wanted to put GOTY edition but wouldn't allow me)

I think it's a very interesting and fun idea too but I really got no idea what to fill in as a prize ^^'

As for rules, I'd like to suggest to -not- enable all card sets.
Which card sets exactly appear is up for discussion, maybe even per match to get the most jokes out of the more specific sets.

Reason for this being that some cards are simply not funny ever to the majority of people (like, I recall a lot of MLP cards. Might be fun if you're into that but I'm not and it sucks when half your hand consists of them at some point and you don't get a single one)

Count me in, as well. I had a really tough time deciding on a game, however, but I ended up choosing an "offensive" game, to match CAH's "offensive" tones.

Also, as some have mentioned before, it might not be a good idea to include all the various card sets, because people who don't know anything about the themes of the decks (i.e, brony, Game Grumps, Rooster Teeth, and a couple of forums that most people probably wouldn't be aware of) wouldn't be able to understand a good majority of the jokes. There should be a group vote to determine what extra packs to include, if any. Though I would expect the PAX cards to be included

(Personally, I'd like it if you could create custom decks using cards of your choice, because I've seen some cards in the other decks that would be general enough to use in a game, without alienating people who don't get the references. Sadly, I realize that's completely impossible to do in Pretend You're Xyzzy)

I'm interested. Used the site a few times and it can be pretty hilarious. You definitely want to do it in smallish groups of 8 or less people though, any more than that and it gets a bit shitty.
