I've never found out what's causing this, but it's garbage that happens every so often. Buy using the client instead of the browser. The client's only ever broken once for me.

Well, I bought it today, but honestly: their login system is utterly broken, so I had to make an entire new SE account for it and cloud servers are unavailable. This isn't exactly SEs best work.

Oh I am sure those people will find something. Some people are never happy. That and some people for some odd reason think it makes them look cool if they bash something that their friends and/or someone they like also had bashed it.

I have never said that there are people who genuinely do not like it. I am just saying that there are a lot of people who will bash things due to doing so became popular in what ever circle the want to be with.
I have seen quite a few people who played the crap out of that game, tell me how good it was. Then later on when they started hanging out with a particular group of people, suddenly the do not like it and its the worst game ever,ect ect. Seen this happen to other things of course as well. Hell there is a radio personality that at one point said how much he loved Top Gun, then next year claim it was complete trash.. the next year after that.. he praised it again...
Meanwhile everyone except one person on that radio show agreed with him when he kept switching. Only one person kept to what she said initially.
Oh and just a heads up, overreacting makes you look very childish.
